the telecommunications industry. We have developed a number of unique
programs developed "by dealers..for dealers", programs that are geared
toward helping our dealers to actually increase their profits during

With regard to the program itself there are several key reasons that

thus forcing the dealer to give the phone to the consumer at a big
loss, while hoping to recover the loss out of a commission which often
arrives several months later and which can then be subject to a total
chargeback over a period of many months. If

get back what is now a used phone and the customer by now may have
disappeared. Often the dealer will have to sign an exclusive agreement
with the carrier just to be able to sell the carriers phones and this
often can amount to putting a figurative noose around his neck
as the dealer then often becomes subject to the whims and demands of
the carrier. Not a good situation at all, wouldnt you agree?
On the pre paid side, the
dealer is confronted with having to sell a limited number of phone
models at the low prices which prevail in most of the chain stores
where these phones are displayed. There
is not much profit to be made on a phone when the customer sees the
phone selling in a big box store for $10 wouldnt you agree. Then
on top of that, once customers buy such a phone from you, they can go
to virtually any mom and pop or big box store to get more minutes, so
why would they come back to you. Thus, even if you sell a 1000 of these
phones, you are bound to make little money.. And dont be fooled..some
of these companies offer "unlimited calling plans" which may or may not
be good for the consumer but are definitely the "poison pill" for the
dealer since the customer can usually renew at any location and even if
he comes back to you the dealer, the commissions are said to be low low
low. Why would you want to sell a
program that doesnt make YOU the kind of money you were hoping for when
you got in this business???

NOW HERE ARE SOME HYPOTHETICAL FIGURES TO SHOW YOU THE PROFIT POTENTIAL OF THIS PROGRAM
Lets say you activate 20 amount of
customers a month at each of your locations. The amount of customers
that you activate may be more or less. Lets say they activate on a
calling plan that costs $79.99 and you are earning a discount of 15% on
that plan. You would collect the $79.99 from the customer, process the
payment on their account and you will be ach'ed for $68. Will have
profited $12 on that transaction. If you choose to add a service fee of
lets say $4.95 you would have profited $17 on the transaction. Lets say
you develop 1000 good customers one day. Your back end revenue is

Thats $17 X 1,000 customers / month servicing your existing customers
